Kevin Anderson

Kevin Anderson is a trial attorney with a strong background in both personal injury litigation and civil insurance defense. He has dedicated his career to representing victims and their families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Prior to joining Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC, Kevin practiced advocating for individuals and businesses in complex legal disputes as both a civil defense attorney and personal injury attorney, bringing a unique advantage, allowing him to anticipate defense strategies while effectively pursuing personal injury cases on behalf of his clients.

During his career as a personal injury attorney, Kevin has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Illinois Super Lawyers publication, which is limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Illinois under the age of 40.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he concentrated on advocacy, negotiation, pre-trial litigation, and trial practice. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois. Kevin grew up in Evergreen Park and is now located in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago with his family.
