Bryan A. Ruggiero is a Trial Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC. Bryan’s practice principally involves representing victims and their families, and specializes in Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, including complex medical malpractice, nursing home, wrongful death, premise liability, construction, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and dog bite cases. His tenacious litigation style and attention to detail allow him to play a key role from the outset of a case through trial.

Prior to joining Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC, Bryan worked at prominent plaintiffs and insurance defense firms, where he developed a well-rounded and extensive background as a trial attorney. Bryan’s zealous advocacy, coupled with his strategic ability to prosecute cases to maximize results, has led to the recovery of tens of millions of dollars for his clients.

In 2018, Bryan obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in the top 5% of his class at The John Marshall Law School. While in law school, he served on the Board of Directors and was named “Presiding Barrister” of the nationally ranked Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Program. Bryan obtained valuable trial experience early on in his career while at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict with his 711 License. Bryan also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jorge Alonso of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Ruggiero is admitted to the Illinois State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals Seventh District.
