Jackson D. Wingert is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC. Jackson focuses his practice on cases involving personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Born and raised in Kansas, Jackson graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before moving to Chicago. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a member of Loyola’s National Moot Court team, tutored first-year students in legal writing, and mediated small claims matters with the Center for Conflict Resolution.
During law school, Jackson worked as a law clerk for a boutique Chicago law firm, where he received hands-on experience in state, federal, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining TPMB, Jackson worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Raymond Mitchell of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District.
In his free time, Jackson can be found with his fiancé at Chicago’s excellent street festivals, hiking through national parks, or revisiting classic movies at the Music Box.
