Patrick J. Bovie

Patrick J. Bovie is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC, where he specializes in personal injury claims of all types, focusing on car accidents and wrongful death cases.

Patrick originally joined the firm as a law clerk during his second year of law school. As a member of the team, he gained valuable experience at every step of the litigation process including pre-suit investigation and assessment, motion practice, and advanced legal research. Prior to joining the team here, Patrick worked for Chicago-Kent College of Law’s Civil Litigation Clinic.

Patrick Graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was a merit scholarship recipient and named to the Dean’s List. During his second year of law school, Patrick competed in a national trial competition hosted by Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. As a member of the prosecution, Patrick was runner-up for Outstanding Prosecution.

Patrick was born and raised in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Patrick is a proud alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in English. In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his friends and family and cheering on the Fighting Illini in any sport.
